Το Keeply είναι μια εφαρμογή για διαχείριση των project, αυτόματη έκδοση τιμολογίων, καθώς και reporting.

Έχει αναπτυχθεί από τη Lab21 με αποκλειστικό σκοπό τα παραπάνω. Πρόσβαση σε αυτή την εφαρμογή έχει μόνο η Lab21.

Τα στοιχεία που αποθηκεύονται και επεξεργάζονται

Για κάθε πελάτη αποθηκεύονται τα απαραίτητα στοιχεία για την τιμολόγηση, όπως:

• Όνομα & Επωνυμία
• Διεύθυνση
• Πόλη & Χώρα
• Τηλέφωνο
• ΑΦΜ
• ΔΟΥ

Επιπλέον για κάθε project καταγράφονται οι ημερομηνίες έναρξης και λήξης, το όνομα του project, και το συμφωνηθέν κόστος.

Δε μοιραζόμαστε τις παραπάνω πληροφορίες με τρίτους.

Τα τιμολόγια που παράγονται και αποθηκεύονται στην εφαρμογή Keeply αποστέλλονται στο λογιστή της εταιρείας για ένομους λόγους, όπως η τήρηση βιβλίων.

Keeply is an online application for project management, automatic invoicing, and reporting.

It has been developed by Lab21 for the sole purpose of the above. Only Lab21 has access to this application.

Information that is stored and processed

For each customer, the necessary pricing information is stored, such as:

• Name & Brand Name
• Address
• City & Country
• Telephone
• VAT number
• Tax Office

Additionally, for each project the following information in stored: start and dates, the name of the project, and the agreed cost.

We do not share the above information with third parties.

Invoices generated and stored in Keeply are sent to the company's accountant for legitimate reasons, such as book keeping.
